You understand there is no certainty your NFT’s will increase in value.

You are granted a royalty-free license to use the underlying art of your personally-owned NFT’s in 3 ways. (1) Unlimited personal non-commercial use; (2) Unlimited local charitable fundraising; and (3) Up to a total of USD 5,000/year personal commercial use. You understand this license is only valid while you own your NFT’s, and if you sell your NFT’s, this license transfers to the new owner.
